The Mad Munch Story
Mad Munch began in an Illinois dorm room with a single electric griddle back in 2003. There was a high demand for something delicious to help aid the hungry students through those long nights at Lincoln College.
Ten years later, Zach fired up the griddle once again, re-vamped the menu, & made his cheesy debut in San Diego. With the help of his wife, Kate, Mad Munch Grilled Cheezer Co. has since taken the taste buds of farmers market goers & tasting room patrons by storm.
