Mad Munch began in an Illinois dorm room with a single electric griddle back in 2003. There was a high demand for something delicious to help aid the hungry sutdents through those long nights at Lincoln College.
In 2010 with the help of Sunshine Company Saloon & the Chicago Bears he met Kate. A year later the two began dating. He pitched her his idea and before you know it Mad Munch Grilled Cheezer Co. was taking the taste buds of farmers market goers & brewery patrons by storm in 2013. After long days of working their 10x10 booth after their 9-5 jobs they took the leap and went full-time Cheezin’ 2016. The now married couple opened their first brick & mortar in Ocean Beach May 2019.
